I’m Hailey, UI/UX Designer, Creative & Manager with experience in the advertising & e-commerce agency world and in-house space.

Through years of collaborating across creative, development, analytics and research departments, I like to think of myself as a hybrid. I'm someone who loves bridging the gap between design & development just as much as I love leading a team.

From spearheading yearly CRO experiments & AB test planning to turning research findings into customer-centered, accessible UI ready for web development QA — I enjoy the beginning to end process of digital work.

Currently, I’m a UX Design & Research Manager within the e-commerce space. Living out my passion for homegoods and wellness, creating an accessible and educational shopping experience for DTC users of Tuft & Needle, Serta & Beautyrest.
